Bravona Forte Review 2026An Honest Look at the Label

The evidence in one sentence: a review of "bust enhancing" herbal products in Obstetrics & Gynecology found that no clinical trials had been published, and concluded that their use "should be discouraged" because of the lack of evidence and long-term safety concerns. It covered hops, saw palmetto, dong quai, fennel and fenugreek, most of the Bravona Forte formula.

What the label shows, per 2 capsules: evening primrose oil 200 mg, red clover 200 mg, fenugreek, dong quai, saw palmetto, hops and fennel 100 mg each, hyaluronic acid 30 mg and two B vitamins. The cream lists no plant hormone-like ingredients at all, despite the page saying it contains them.

Before you order: there is no money-back guarantee, only a 10-day window from purchase for unused goods, and the label says it is not for breastfeeding women, while the sales page calls it ideal during breastfeeding.

Our Dose Check compares the label with the closest human study. None of these studies measured breast size.

• Red clover isoflavones: about 16 mg vs about 43.5 mg a day for 12 months. Just over a third, and the higher dose did not significantly change breast density.
• Hops: 100 mg of extract, with no stated 8-prenylnaringenin content. Cannot compare.
• Dong quai: 100 mg. No oestrogen-like effect in the 24-week trial.
• Evening primrose oil: 200 mg. No better than placebo even for breast pain.
• Fenugreek, saw palmetto, fennel: 100 mg each. No breast studies to compare with.

The directions are two capsules a day with about 300 ml of water, plus the cream twice a day, for two to three months.

Label error for German readers. On the German label table, the 8% isoflavone extract is listed as fenugreek leaves and flowers ("Bockshornklee"). The German ingredient list below it, and the English label, say red clover.

Our Transparency Score checks five things a buyer can verify. Bravona Forte scores 2 out of 5.

• Label with doses published: yes. Every capsule ingredient has an amount, and the cream has a full ingredient list.
• Identifiable company: no. The German site names Key Player Limited, Dubai Airport Freezone; the English site says only "BravonaForte.com", located in Hong Kong. No manufacturer is named.
• Refund terms in writing: yes. 10 calendar days from purchase, unused goods only.
• Independent testing shown: no.
• Study on the finished product: no. The "94% of women" and "2 to 3 sizes" figures come with no study or source.

A familiar pattern. In 2003 the US Federal Trade Commission took action against the marketers of Bloussant, a similar breast enlargement pill, for claims of two cup sizes that it called unsubstantiated. The settlement included $3.2 million in consumer redress.

Correction. An earlier version of this review listed wild yam, left out red clover, and described a 90-day guarantee, free shipping and a $56 price. None of this matches the seller's information, and we have corrected it.

One set (capsules plus a 50 ml cream) is meant to last a month, and the seller recommends two to three months.

The return rule. The terms allow withdrawal "within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase", with written notice, and only if the goods show no signs of use. They also state that EU law does not apply. The seller's own schedule promises "moderate enlargement" at two weeks and "optimal" results at three months, both beyond the return window.

• Hormone-like ingredients: red clover isoflavones and hops contain plant compounds that act like weak oestrogens. A meta-analysis found red clover may slightly increase breast density in premenopausal women.
• Dong quai: a case report describes more than doubled clotting times in a woman on warfarin.
• Fenugreek: can lower blood sugar at large doses and cause allergic reactions (NCCIH).
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: the NCCIH advises against fenugreek in pregnancy and says red clover and saw palmetto may be unsafe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The page claims "no side effects" and a "100% harmless product". The label's own warning excludes pregnant and breastfeeding women and children.
