Alpha Drive Review 2026An Honest Look at the Label
|Medically Reviewed by Editorial Team
Alpha Drive is a male-performance capsule sold through Digistore24 for $29 to $49 a bottle, promising more testosterone, libido and stamina. The first thing we found is that its label and its sales page describe two different formulas.

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Contains tongkat ali, the label ingredient with the most human data
- 60-day refund in writing
Cons
- Label and sales page list different herbs
- 800 mg blend with no individual doses
Who Is This For?
Recommended For:
We would not recommend it. Men interested in tongkat ali would do better with a single-ingredient product that states its dose and extract.
Not Recommended For:
Men with erection problems who have not seen a doctor, men with heart disease or on nitrates or blood-pressure medication, men on prostate medication, and anyone under 18 (the label's own warning). Anyone who needs to know exactly what they are taking should avoid proprietary blends.
Summary
- The sales page lists ginseng, epimedium, tribulus, ginkgo and muira puama.
- The label lists one 800 mg proprietary blend of epimedium, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, wild yam, sarsaparilla, nettle root and boron, with no individual amounts.
Only epimedium appears on both. The ingredient on the label with the best human data is tongkat ali: one 12-week trial found better erection and libido scores at 300 mg a day of a specific extract. We cannot tell how much Alpha Drive contains.
Three different products use this name. This review covers the US capsule sold through Digistore24. "Alpha Drive RX" is a gummy from another seller. And the Finnish site alphadrive.fi advertises an "Alpha Drive" but its order buttons sell a different libido capsule, Force X, from a Dutch company. Details below.
The refund promise is 60 days from purchase, but the seller's pages name three different businesses. Order through Digistore24 and keep your confirmation email.
Ingredient Breakdown
The label is the document that tells you what is in the bottle, so we assessed that formula first.
On the label (800 mg blend, amounts not disclosed)
- Tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) root. A meta-analysis of five randomised trials found a rise in total testosterone, with the authors saying more research is needed. In a 12-week trial in 109 men aged 30 to 55, 300 mg a day of a water extract improved erectile function scores and libido. A separate meta-analysis of two ED trials found no significant overall difference.
- Horny goat weed (epimedium). We found no randomised human trial for erectile function; the evidence is from animal and lab studies.
- Saw palmetto. A prostate herb. A 2023 Cochrane review found little to no benefit even for urinary symptoms, and we found no sexual-function trial.
- Nettle root. In a 620-man prostate trial, urinary symptoms improved and testosterone did not change.
- Wild yam. A small trial found no effect on hormone levels.
- Boron. A one-week, 8-man pilot at 10 mg a day raised free testosterone. The label does not say how much boron is present.
- Sarsaparilla. No human sexual-function trial found.
On the sales page only (not on the label)
- Tribulus: trials disagree on erections, and a 2026 meta-analysis found no effect on testosterone.
- Panax ginseng: a Cochrane review of 9 trials found only a trivial effect on erectile function.
- Ginkgo and muira puama: no convincing human evidence.
What Alpha Drive does not tell you
Alpha Drive names its ingredients but publishes no amount for any of them, so there is nothing here to check against the research.
Amounts are taken from the manufacturer’s own supplement facts panel. Where a label states a standardisation, the active fraction is what we compare, because the active is what the trials measured.
Dosage Analysis
Our Dose Check compares what the label discloses with the dose in the best human study.
- Tongkat ali: not disclosed vs 300 mg a day of a named extract for 12 weeks. Unknown share of an 800 mg blend.
- Boron: not disclosed vs 10 mg a day in an 8-man pilot. Unknown.
- Epimedium, saw palmetto, nettle, wild yam, sarsaparilla: not disclosed, and no positive sexual-function or testosterone trial to compare with.
Seven ingredients sharing 800 mg average about 115 mg each. The label says two capsules a day; the sales page says "a capsule with water". Follow the label.
An independent 2021 review of 16 best-selling US ED supplements found that no finished product had published trial evidence, and that most ingredients had contradictory, negative or no evidence.
Quality & Testing
Our Transparency Score checks five things a buyer can verify. Alpha Drive scores 1 out of 5.
- Label with doses: no. One 800 mg proprietary blend.
- Identifiable company: no. The label names "CD Company LTD" at a light-industrial unit in Largo, Florida, for which we found no registration. The refund page gives a returns warehouse in Aurora, Colorado. The terms and privacy pages name a different business altogether, "Try Luxury Gift".
- Refund terms in writing: yes. 60 days from purchase.
- Independent testing shown: no. Only "manufactured in an FDA registered facility".
- Study on the finished product: no.
Signs of a copy-paste operation. The refund page on the official site also contains another shop's FAQ, about "mugshot cards" and ClickBank, directly below the Alpha Drive policy. The page's testimonials are captioned as possibly "remunerated models".
Which Alpha Drive is which?
- Alpha Drive (alphadrive24.com): the US capsule reviewed here. 800 mg blend, sold through Digistore24, 60-day refund from purchase.
- alphadrive.fi (Finland): a one-page site with no company details, only a contact form. It lists sports-nutrition amounts such as 5 g of creatine and 25 g of whey per two-capsule dose, which cannot physically fit in two capsules. Its "order now" buttons lead to the checkout of Force X, a different libido capsule sold by Sendfreaks B.V. in Cuijk, the Netherlands. alphadrive.fi promises a 90-day guarantee covering opened bottles; Force X's own return policy gives 30 days, for sealed and unopened products only, with the buyer paying return postage. Sister sites in Germany, the UK and France send buyers to Force X too, and the Swedish alphadrive.se to another product, Raw X.
- Alpha Drive RX: a gummy sold by a different company.
Finland's Food Authority (Ruokavirasto) warns that fraudulent products are found especially among sexual-performance and bodybuilding supplements sold online, and the Finnish consumer authority (KKV) advises never to buy from a company that offers only a contact form.
Correction. An earlier version of this review described tribulus, ginseng, maca and L-arginine as the formula, EU manufacture and a 90-day guarantee. The official label says otherwise, and we have corrected it.
Value for Money
Prices on the official order page when we checked in September 2026:
- 1 bottle: $49, about $1.63 a day.
- 3 bottles: $117 ($39 each).
- 6 bottles: $174 ($29 each), about $0.97 a day.
Shipping was $0.00 at checkout. A bottle holds 60 capsules, one month at the label dose.
Refunds. The page promises a "no-fuss, 60-day money-back guarantee" from the date of purchase: email the support address with "Return Question" in the subject and return the product. It does not say who pays return postage. Because the checkout is Digistore24, which sells the product in its own name, you can also request the refund through Digistore24 using the order email; its buyer terms give 60 days from purchase and put return postage on the buyer.
Side Effects & Safety
- Unknown doses: with a proprietary blend, you cannot judge how much of each herb you are taking.
- Hidden drugs in this category: the FDA warns that many male-enhancement and stamina products are contaminated with undeclared drug ingredients. Alpha Drive was not on the FDA's list when we checked, but no independent test of it is published.
- Label warning: consult a physician if you have a medical condition.
There is no clinical study on Alpha Drive itself.
See a doctor if erection problems keep happening. The NHS notes they can be a sign of a treatable health condition, and prescription treatments are well established.
Final Verdict
Our Verdict
Alpha Drive fails the most basic test: its label and its sales page do not agree on what is inside. The label's best ingredient, tongkat ali, is hidden in a blend at an unknown dose, most of the other herbs have no sexual-function evidence, and the business behind it uses three different names. We do not recommend it. For low libido or erection problems, a doctor's check and, if needed, a named single-ingredient product with a stated dose are better starting points.
